Crockpot challenge

A few weeks ago CSN Stores contacted me about doing a product review. I began perusing their many sites- have you seen how many things they have!?- and from an ottoman coffee table to cute Dwell Studio items, I finally decided on a crock pot!
I have been wanting to try cooking with one for a while, and with fall upon us, I know I can cook some mean dishes- like maybe my mom's famous chili?  So I hope to get the slow cooker within a few weeks and then the challenge begins to make a few dishes.

What are some of your fave slow cooker/crock pot recipes? Please share!

Thanks, CSN Stores!

cook one more hour on low

It was Thanksgiving in September!!
