In anticipation of Oscars...

Barbra Streisand's Scaasi pantsuit, 1969
Just in time for Sunday's Academy Awards, the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston has a special exhibition open through March 6.  Four exquisite gowns, worn by such lovely ladies as Cate Blanchett and Barbra Streisand, will be on display in the museum's Fenway entrance.

I hope to see this Galliano dress that Cate Blanchett wore when I go next week. While I'm there, I'll take a stroll down the new Art of the Americas Wing and see Scaasi: American Couturier.
Anyone else looking forward to Sunday's fashions as much as me?  I am sure so :)

  10. Ooo that sounds like a great exhibit! If you're allowed to take pictures (some places are really stingy), I hope you get to! :) Are there any films you're rooting for to win an Oscar? I'm probably just going to watch for the runway looks haha.

  12. YES! I am so excited to see what everyone will wear (that's the best part). I think Barbra Streisand's outfit was really cool and a bold statement...most girl's play it too safe these days.
