The best cookie. Ever.

Over the weekend, my roommate and I baked cookies and not just any other cookie- a Oreo stuffed chocolate chip cookie. Aka heaven in a bite!

The recipe is very easy.  All you need is cookie batter (homemade or we bought a big tub from BJ's) and Oreos.  You take the batter and "sandwich" the Oreo.  We experimented with sizes, and while they didn't come out exactly like the ones on Becky Bakes, they were still delicious!

We want to next experiment dipping Oreos in brownie batter.

  3. Everyone loves these cookies! Yours look like they came out good and I love the idea of brownie batter. I think it'd also work to pour half the brownie batter in the pan, then do a layer of Oreos, and then the rest of the batter. And a layer of cookie dough on top if you really want to overdo it! Mmm...
