Saturday the Red Bull Cliff Diving Tour made it's stop in Boston at the ICA museum. The buzz was building all week, and I was excited to check it out. The day didn't disappoint. It was amazing to see these fearless athletes leap off the top of the museum into the harbor. A sky kayaker also made it's way down into the water.
After checking out the show, my roomie and walked down to Yankee Lobster Co. and split a lobster roll & clam strips. Grace Potter happened to be practicing for her show that night next door at the Bank of America Pavilion which was a nice way to end the afternoon!
Any other Boston readers go see the divers?

This is incredible!

This looks like so much fun! Happy Monday xx
ReplyDeleteHoly crap. As someone who is scared of heights, these photos and the experience look...a bit frightful. LOL!
ReplyDeleteVisiting Boston is on my top ten list! I keep hearing how awesome the city is from friends who live there. You're lucky to call it home. xox
I'm pretty adventurous, but that looks terrifying!! So cool you got to see live.
ReplyDeleteI was there! :) My company had its summer picnic near the ICA, so I was able to catch some of the divers, too. I was on the other side of the building than you.
ReplyDeleteI don't know how those people do it--I found it terrifying! I can barely jump off the high dive at a pool, let alone a building as high as the ICA!
OMG! I don't think I'd ever dare to do something like that. I'm terrified of jumpimg from that high. I bet I would have peed in my pants before I'd have jumped.
ReplyDeleteOMG that looks so crazy..it would take me a good while to jump, so much that someone would probably have to eventually push me over the edge..lol
ReplyDeleteoh at first i thought you did that! haha...i'd much rather eat lobster!
ReplyDeleteSo that's what those ads were for!
ReplyDeleteCool post! I am terrified of jumpimg from that high place! Terrible!
