Summer Snapshots: seafood stew

I am still thinking about the seafood stew I had at Strega Waterfront on Monday night. Lobster, scallops, mussels, clams, calamari, shrimp, all in a broth-y tomato sauce and then tossed with what seemed to be home-made fettuccine, it was a perfect meal that reminded me that fresh seafood I enjoy in the summer time is all too fleeting.
