Summer's End

I've been a bad blogger lately with lots to do in anticipation of the future Mrs. A's wedding on Saturday and the Gs wedding down in DC on Sunday. I am feeling nostalgic that the end of summer is here. Didn't it just fly by? I am normally excited for cozy sweaters, boots, and crisp fall days filled with strolls down Newbury Street and a Saturday apple picking trip. Not so much this year. I am clinging to the official "end of summer" weekend and hoping for lots of sun--and maybe one more trip to the beach before summer bids us farewell for the year.

Are you ready for fall or holding on to summer?

  1. On my side of the world we only have one season for the whole year, we only get Summer. I am missing the four seasons, I miss fall and spring time the most

  8. I hate the end of summer. Really, the only thing that is keeping me from being really upset is knowing that we will be able to wear capes soon :) But oh, how I will miss the beach!!

  12. I wish I'd been able to make it down to the beach more often, but other than that I say "good riddance" to summer! I feel like I spend most of the summer season longing for fall :)

You're right, though, summer definitely flew by!

  14. I gotta say that I'm kinda ready for Fall, the weather has been too annoying so if it's not getting better... time to move to the next season. Good luck with the wedding!

Fall is my favorite season - I love wearing jeans & boots while it's still not freezing out.
(To answer your question - I use photobucket for collages, it's so easy)
    Have a lovely weekend!
