Splash: Marc Jacobs

One of my all-time favorite perfumes is Orange Splash by Marc Jacobs. The sweet but semi masculine smell is light and refreshing. The bottle is simple, looking great displayed in my bathroom. I've had this scent for over 2 years now, and I am just barely past half way used.

For spring, a new series of limited-edition Splash perfumes comes out to join past ones such as Orange, Rain, Cucumber, Basil, and Grass.

I am thinking Ginger may need to join my Orange in my bathroom.

Moroccan wedding blanket

I stumbled upon this post at Love, Adorned's blog about a new product they got in their NYC store. I was immediately in love with the idea and beauty of this antique Moroccan wedding blanket. Apparently, in this country, friends and relatives of the bride create these beautiful blankets made to bring good luck- sewing each sequin by hand! Amazing!

I think I may want one these...Mom and friends, you have time though ;)

Every year, my friends and I look forward to the Southie St. Patrick's Day parade. Last year, it was monsoon-like rain, but this year, it was a perfect, sunny, pre-spring day. Everyone wore their green best... I am wearing:

The best cookie. Ever.

Over the weekend, my roommate and I baked cookies and not just any other cookie- a Oreo stuffed chocolate chip cookie. Aka heaven in a bite!

The recipe is very easy. All you need is cookie batter (homemade or we bought a big tub from BJ's) and Oreos. You take the batter and "sandwich" the Oreo. We experimented with sizes, and while they didn't come out exactly like the ones on Becky Bakes, they were still delicious!

We want to next experiment dipping Oreos in brownie batter.
