I am loving these 2 shimmery palettes from Lancome and Bobbi Brown (the queen of shimmer bricks). Inspired by the classic fedora and martini shaker & glass set, it'd almost be a shame to use these, but I am also not sure I could resist a sparkly eye for a Friday night out or upcoming holiday party.

Last night's Boston Fashion Blogger Panel

Last night's Boston Fashion Blogger Panel at Northeastern was so much fun! I was quite nervous going into it, but found that I was relaxed and enjoyed speaking to the room of 50 or so people (surprising as I am not one for public speaking of any kind). The audience was engaging and asked great questions. I loved meeting some new faces on the panel and the Haute Fashion group. Thanks to those ladies and NUPRSSA for putting this on!

November news

Some exciting news came on Hallowen that had been in the works for a week or so...I interviewed for an open position in my company and got the job! I will now be doing event sales for two of our brands- having my own clients and travelling once a month (first stop: DC in December)! I am really excited about this new opportunity and the next step in my career. I am transitioning out of my current role through Thanksgiving; my "first day" is offically November 28. Now, I need some new work clothes...
