What I'm Wearing Wednesday...on a Thursday: Grandpa's 80th

My grandpa turned the big 8-0 in May, and we celebrated with family and his friends on Sunday. It had been a while since I had seen his old friends, and it was so fun (and sometimes funny) to see them interact - nothing changed after decades & decades of friendship.
It was hot day down in Connecticut but that didn't deter us from cheersing with sparkling rosee, BBQ-ing, and enjoying dessert after dessert (cake, 4 types of ice cream & home-made waffle bowls, and 3 cookies!).  Only thing missing was my bro who is in London for the month.  Happy 80th, Grandpa!
I wore:
  • Theory sleeveless ruffle shirt
  • Anthropologie yellow necklace
  • LOFT shorts
    • Making his wish! :)
