start your day with lemon water, as it supposedly helps jump start your metabolism and boost your immune system. Even better, you should drink it hot. In the morning my instinct has been coffee, coffee, coffee, but with a recently purchased pitcher (similar), I've started slicing up some lemons on a Sunday to have fresh lemon water ready to go for the week.
Not sure if it's helping my metabolism or warding off the flu, but it certainly can't hurt to stay hydrated!
