On Friday night, Lauren and I went to see Joanne Chang at the ICA Boston's Tasting Talk series. She demoed two recipes from her second cook book, Flour, Too: gougeres and lemon ginger mousse. Both were delicious, and Joanne answered lots of questions from the audience, then signed copies of her books.
