A Sail on the Eleanor

A highlight of my time in Maine last month was an evening sail aboard the Schooner Eleanor.  We brought an array of cheeses (a dill infused one was my fave) and red wine to be sipped in red solo cups, of course.  It was a bit cool and cloudy but the sun did peek out for some pretty shots over the sparkling water.  I learned from the captain that he made the Eleanor by hand - it's a family skill. Amazing!

  11. Super dreamy! I haven't been on a sail boat in ages myself, but we watch them from our kitchen table all the time. I love watching the sailing groups head out and come back into the harbor together!
