I am not sure about you, but I love avocados. On toast, in a salad, as a dressing, with eggs, topped on a burger, the possibilities are endless- and of course there is good, ole' guacamole. I rounded up some tools that can help in the preparation and preserving (if you can stop yourself from eating the whole thing) of avocados.
