Where to Shop in Boston for Small Business Saturday: Part 1

Small Business Saturday is coming up later this month on Saturday, November 29. In honor of shopping local and small, I thought I'd share some of my favorite small businesses and stores in Boston. Here is Part 1: Southie & the South End.

SOUTHIE
Neatly Nested Design & Decor: Neatly Nested is a newer Southie arrival and has cute, repurposed home items, plus a great selection of gifts.

Habit: This store has a selection of women's clothing, jewelry, and accessories. The prices are right, too.

American Provisions: I love this boutique beer, wine, deli, and artisanal food grocery store. They pride themselves on being "farm to table in South Boston".

Covet: This is my go-to place for consigning my clothes. Owner Hanadi curates a great selection of brands at discounted prices, it makes it hard for me to leave without buying something!

SOUTH END
Follain: This beauty store sells healthy and safe products for all your hair, body, and makeup needs. Plus, all their products are made in the USA!

Olives & Grace: A self-proclaimed "curtsy to the makers", Olives & Grace sells specialty home, food, accessory items, and more.

Niche: Niche is the perfect urban garden store for all your city garden needs- indoor and outdoor. They also offer classes like make your own terrarium.

Farm & Fable: This shop offers kitchenware and vintage cookbooks. Abby, the owner, also hosts classes and events.

Stay tuned for Part 2 tomorrow! Where do you shop small in Boston, or where you live?
